The Team Iowa player fee is a single, seasonal payment that helps cover essential program expenses so athletes receive quality coaching, safe equipment, and competitive opportunities. Fee funds are allocated to the following categories:

• Practices and Coaching

  • Professional coaching staff compensation

  • Practice planning and drills resources

  • Ongoing player evaluation and feedback

• Facility Rentals

  • Indoor and outdoor practice space rentals

  • Game and scrimmage facility costs

  • Field preparation and maintenance fees when applicable

• Equipment

  • Issued helmets and shoulder pads

  • Practice gear and training aids

  • Safety inspections, cleaning, and maintenance of shared equipment

• Uniforms

  • Practice/Game jerseys, pants, and more

  • Warm-ups and practice tops as provided by the program

  • Uniform replacement and sizing adjustments when needed

• Tournament and Event Registrations

  • Team entry fees for tournaments and showcases

  • Travel-related event costs permitted by the program
